When I first read this quote, I thought to myself, “Wow, I really hope that I am a pleasant person to be around and that I am making others feel good about themselves.” Every person wants to feel good and be looked at in a positive light from others. 

The same thing goes for companies all over the world, when we as the consumer look at them in a positive light, they become desirable to purchase from, hence they make a profit. This is what we do at SWITCH for our clients, we empower them to look attractive to potential consumers online.

Have you ever had a random person next to your booth in a restaurant pay your bill? I have and it made us feel real good! We were a bunch of gap year students that all went out for a milkshake one night after a day that felt never ending, all knowing that we were digging into savings. When we asked for the bill, we were told that the gentleman in the booth next to us, who had left 10 minutes prior to us asking for the bill, had paid it.

I am not telling you to go out and pay for a group of students bill, but it doesn't harm to smile at the person walking past you. There are small ways and gestures in which we can make people feel good about themselves, these are worth ensuring that we try to do daily.
