Launching in FEB 2020 — An Executive Enablement Enterprise

We’ve started the year strong, with a couple of big updates and a look into 2020 goals and improvements. Today we’re announcing (still to be named) our creative partner program, built for professionals, by professionals, for career development and leadership growth.

As we enter our eighth year at Switch, we’ve seen lots of businesses come and go, grow and close and even some even sold and bought. In every case, one thing was the same - they all required more than the common services deployed by agencies, from HR services to marketing needs, down to sales coaching and customer experience design. During our tenure, we’ve provided numerous products and services, always playing to the heartbeat of creating agility in small businesses. Our latest effort is the culmination of our work creating building blocks for businesses to grow. We’re dedicating our 2020 to Executive Enablement -- redirecting the whole of our service offering to build and empower leaders in organisations we serve. Let’s explore two ways we’re achieving fundamental change in our community.

Creative Sessions

Focused sessions from professional consultants and coaches to improve your workflows and empower your executives.

Creative Sessions — Just in Time Growth-Driven Enablement

Built on the idea of Growth-Driven Design (GDD), we took the logical extension of our Website Design That Works™ (WDTW) service, which we built around GDD to create a better understanding of our website launches (you can learn more about the GDD method with this article). When applied to the host of creative services we repeatedly found our clients requesting, our creative partner program was born. In the coming months, we will be announcing new partners from multiple disciplines to connect with executives of all career stages, to build long-term relationships that will enable better processes in their organisations. From digital marketers to designers, content writers, and even finance managers to HR professionals, our partners are dedicated to providing consistent and measurable growth for our clients.

Be sure to add your name to the announcement list if you are looking to grow your current team or even put processes in place to enable them with tools to be more efficient and grow!

Segments — The Better Way To Campaign

Segments

Bursts of team enablement to overcome the difficult patches of growing your organisation.

Do you know what’s better than easily finding professionals that want to partner with executives? Building training segments to standardize operating procedures and teach your teams to pivot on strategies with clear feedback. Instead of completely outsourcing sections of your growing business, segments are a mix of both consulting and coaching to build a better business. Similar to training for a marathon, not only do we map the route to your goal we also train you on pacing for segments in between so you get better and better at finishing strong.

Our segments are a string of creative sessions (usually over a quarter) that are designed to campaign a specific element. Whether it be an ad campaign with a professional or a training campaign for your sales team, segments are a perfect way to create a monthly focus on achieving short term goals that can cause roadblocks.

As always, our team is ready to help your business grow. If you’re looking to overcome the next hurdle, request a callback by clicking here and get in touch!
